Here are 5 salsas that I will be making in the following days from this amazing list of 50 Salsa Recipes. While my choices are limited based on ingredients allowed in Phase 2 of the plan, I can’t wait to try all of the others on this list.
(Instead of salt, I’ll be using a dash of Tabasco sauce. Instead of oil, I may use a little water. Instead of lime juice, I’ll try out a splash of apple cider vinegar.)

Tomorrow I will post a comparison of what all of the ingredients cost and the time it takes to shop at Stop & Shop and Amazon Fresh.
I’ll probably be doubling or tripling the ingredients in these recipes here, put them into containers and store them in the garage given how cold it is outside.
